TIPS - The metal ends (or tips) of the ribs. The tips can be a flattened rib (AKA self tips), extra rounded metal tip or plastic covering can be added for decorative purposes. SECTIONS - This is how many sections the main shaft is divided into for easy closing. A 3 section umbrella would be a classic supermini, 5 sections a tiny handbag micro and 1 section would be a traditional non-folding walking umbrella also known as a stick umbrella. HANDLE - Available in many different shapes, materials and colours selected to enhance the overall look of the finished umbrella. FABRIC CANOPY - This is the cloth cover and can be tailored in quality to the budget. Most umbrellas use 170T but we can use pongee if a velvety texture is required, or 170T for greater economy.
